As managing director, Robert is ultimately responsible for implementing Contamac’s overall business strategy: identifying new opportunities, driving organic growth and improving profit margins. A twenty five year veteran of the business coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management enables Robert to also lead Contamac’s HR, recruitment and quality systems requirements that include ISO 9000, EN 13485 and CFR21, ensuring that the business and its staff have always been qualified and capable of meeting every challenge head-on. As with all senior members of the Contamac team, Robert is well-travelled, and enjoys discovering new places and sampling international cuisine.

Steve joined Contamac after having spent many years working for multinationals in the automotive electronics industries, where he specialised in quality management techniques such as Six Sigma. Steve also managed quality and regulatory compliance for a leading technical consulting firm while leading assignments with medical device and pharmaceutical clients. Steve has BSc in Physics with Electronics and an MBA in Business Management. As Technical and QA Director, Steve is responsible for overseeing both Contamac’s R & D programmes and the Quality and Regulatory compliance aspects of the business. As a proud Welshman, Steve is a keen rugby fan and enjoys the banter with his colleagues, especially when the Dragon (occasionally) toasts the Rose!
