Hydrophilic

Contamac’s range of hydrophilic lens materials represents the latest advance in soft lens technology. With four products in our portfolio Contamac hydrophilic contact lens materials feature highly purified monomers, 38-77% water content, and exceptional elongation characteristics – ensuring low levels of lens breakage and high levels of user-comfort.

GM Advance

GM Advance is an evolutionary advance on the physical and chemical properties of GMA-based soft lens materials. Its refined blend of purified monomers helps achieve high manufacturing yields, while its exceptional on-eye stability, water retention and durability guarantees patient satisfaction and low lens breakage levels.

Contaflex GM3

The GM3 range of materials is particularly suited to fast machining in high volumes. That’s because GM3 is a terpolymer, based on high-purity glycerol methacrylate. Resultant lenses are durable, resilient to protein build-up and can be used for a variety of wearing regimens. Contaflex GM3 is available in two water contents: 49% and 58%.
