Contamac at the Autumn Congress of the VDC
From the 26th to 29th September 2008, Contamac exhibited at the Autumn Congress of the VDC (German Contact Lens Specialists) on the occasion of their 50th Anniversary. Understandably for this prestigious event, the exceptionally well-organised exhibition had an abundance of attendees, with around 500 delegates and included an excellent lecture programme.
Martyn Lewis from Contamac was invited to present the successful Definitive™ latheable silicone hydrogel material, and spoke about the material characteristics and an interim report on a small wearer study, which was carried out with a lab successfully using the material.
Contamac’s stand was full of activity, and case studies about the Definitive™ material proved very popular, with the delegates showing genuine interest in real world experiences with lenses made from Definitive™.
