Gas Permeable
The F2 materials comprise of fluorosilicone acrylate chemistry, designed to promote the known advantages of improved wettabilty and deposit resistance. This range of workhorse materials has excellent machining characteristics and is ideal for thin lens designs. In addition to routine spherical fits this material can also be used with more sophisticated designs. The fitting characteristics are predictable, as the range offers a variety of Dk values but has the same chemistry design.
