Our team is capable of producing 18 million pieces on an annual basis, such a high level of expert productivity sets us apart from other material manufacturers. We continue to strive for improvement and focus on enhancing and expanding our production capability and expertise.

Our production teams employ good manufacturing practices to produce contact lens and intraocular lens materials in environments that are specifically controlled for the appropriate product line. Significant investment has been provided in automation, the environment and human resources, to ensure that the highest quality of product is produced. Ongoing audits and equipment updates ensure state-of-the-art production and excellent quality control throughout the whole process.
